    Best job in the world

Dunno if this is being advertised in your neck of the woods, but I could even be tempted to learn to snorkel
    Caretaking job

It said on the radio that it was was being advertised in 18 countries but Australia wasn't one of them.

It's been advertised at the CES for about 2 years but cant find anyone that is interested so they have advertised elsewhere

Anyway, Ive got the best job in the world,

I get to look out over a Golf course all day, use repair and service machines that were built with service in mind and I dont have to put up with customers arguing with me about bills and saying Ive stuffed something that I havnt etc etc.

When it's hot I can either do book work in my aircond office or go mow something in an aircond cabin andwhen it's cold/raining Im dry and warm in my workshop while the others are in wet weather gear still working.

I complain only that some of the guys dont listen to me when I ask them to operate machines in the way they are intended because I have very little else to complain about.

Hey McRover, you reckon you have it good.
I paintball for a crust, I even get to shoot the Boss.
When there's 4WD tours to be done I get paid to drive Landrovers.

Hmmm. I am getting bored with my current job; I was thinking of retiring this year; and I'd like part-time work.

My PADI certificate is probably expired but I could requalify.

    Disadvantage? Living in Qld.

Yes, I can see myself being happy with a job like that.

I work on Hamilton, but don't get paid that much

Anyway, my job includes looking at aircraft from airconditioned comfort, driving the fire vehicles each day, maintaining a little of our equipment, watching Austar in our training room........I could go on, but I think you get the picture. Plus I do this for 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off.

    Life's not too bad.
