But why?
I did see photos some years back, of a factory purpose built fire appliance. It was two fronts welded together at the B pillar; for fighting fires in narrow lanes. There was no need to turn it around, hop in the other end and drive away.
Gives me an idea, my old man has been a fan of the 2CV for years! and he has one as his weekender along with many other classics. But this looks like some good fun!

yeap they had a 4x4 model which was simply made by having an engine in the front to drive the front wheels and an engine in the back to drive the rear with two ignitions!![]()
