    Hi Dave;

    Just something I thought of , have you played with the idea of towing a big barrel of let's say 200 L or so and stopping at a few Fish and Chip shops along your travels to pickup and store the WVO, sort of like a very Long Range Tank

    How is Fuzzy's Consumption on WVO , any idea?

    you mean like the 160l tank thats in the tray hooked up to the heater system to dewater the oil? yep Ive thought of that.... but when I go from the switch to wagga and see a grand total of 3 shops, no service stations and 4 cars ITs hard to find wvo....

    and yep, wvo is Waste Veggie Oil.

    Range seems to be 1400k for 120-130l but I have to work out the speedo error (the speedo reads 4.8k for 5k over the ground) and I have to work out the exact amount of fuel I transfered from the 160 to the main tank...

    I dont think (certainly dont expect it to be) its as good as the rough numbers make it look but I'll be happy if I break 8k/l

    Golf clus are a pretty good sorce, most private or semi private have deep fryers and they have to change the oil on a very regular basis.

    I know we have about 200ltrs constantly behind our kitchen but every time I have the time to go try it in the old fergie it's just been emptied

    3 Chefs later and Im hoping I have this one trained as I left an old oil drum up there for him to fill before he puts it in the disposal drum.
