Second stimulus = money for the shed

I was thinking that we can suggest Mr Rudd & Co to provide a grant for improvements to the LR owners shed as a trail for further funds for the rest of the community.
Just imaging we are more than 6000 members @ $ 15000 each will help the tools shops, electricians, builders, hardware stores, white goods (beer fridge), etc, etc
On the top of that the more gear on the shed the more projects that we are going to be involved which equals more money.
After all it is only 90 millons dollars which will benefit lot of small business and made happy a lot of people.
Let me think………a good Tig/arc welder is on the list for $ 1500.00, more tools, service trolley……..etc

    Just a thought

Tradies in Ballarat don't want Rudds money it seems. For nearly a month been trying to get sparky to provide power and wire up shed, but keep getting run around when I ring him.
"sorry will be there next week etc. etc. " No phone calls from him, nothing. If you make an appointment you should keep it, or advise if you can't make it, I reckon. Another guy I know had trouble getting a plumber for work on his house, of the 5 he rang, 3 didn't turn up and one over quoted so much as to ensure he wouldn't get the job, (the guy that did the job came in at less than a third of what the other quoted).

Many of them are very arrogant, in a few months they are going to crawl for a job. Just remember them, have them in your black list

I hopefully will get something out of this round... I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed in a few weeks time... at a cost of near on $2000 (thanks to MBF covering a measly $150 of a $1800 surgeons bill).

$950 in April would be most welcome.

    They must be nasty ones.
I had mine out (only 2 required to be pulled) for $200 and was at work the next day. I was happy since friends all told me their horror stories

Well I'm a blessed freak of nature. I don't have, or have ever had, wisdom teeth, and I'm over 40.

I just get served pain in other ways.

Only 1 of mine is impacted but another is lying over almost on its side (bad orthodontics) so the bottom 2 have to go. The top two are coming out because they will have nothing to bite down on once the bottom 2 are gone. And its only $400 for them to come out. I get a discount for getting 4 done... Yay!

It will be my first hospital admission and first General.

BTW How awesome am I? I got this thread well and truly off topic Sorry Chucaro
