He brought a lot of it on himself, the NZ army were very aware of the fallout but he did not react to their phone calls etc

Read the artical he didnt even have a contract with the army his contract was with ossie company YAKKA (guess who owns them). They sent work to china not the NZ army but that would not make the same headlines would it.
NEVER TRUST THE MEDIA TO REPORT ACCURATLY they will spin as good as any govt will.:p
Yes it was Yakka but he was well aware that he had to supply the New Zealand army via Yakka, apparently he chose to ignore the contract with Yakka and the army and supply other people who he did the work for, he was assured directly if he supplied the army CORRECTLY he would have a long term future , again he chose NOT to perform after being approached directly from the army as well as Yakka, again I can only repeat, who is likely to be a long term contract and to protect your businessand your workers who you say you value, the Army who will never run out of money or a tent.clothing place who may and do fold every week, its a no brainerQuote:

No argument about him doing the wrong thing you proberbly have better info than me about that. I was asking how many things can the media get wrong before its just a lie. The army didnt cancel Yakka did he would have been notified by yakka not the army or NZ gov. The NZ army would not have notifed him that Yakka were pulling their work Yakka would have they would also have told him why if it was performance based decision none of which was in the story they print it the way they want you to read it ie: blame the gov and the army if he had been doing the job properly maybe he would still have the work.
