Driving the Defender to the local butcher shop at Kemps Creek this morning & got and gave a wave to a fellow Defender driver on Mamre Road.

It had a few AULRO Club stickers on it as well.

I have been waving at every landy in Toowoomba and surrounding districts and when ever I have gone on trips to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
In the last Six months I have had One Guy nearly Jump out his Disco to wave back, a lot of strange looks and A disco with a Bike on the roof wave just before I did. So Two good waves in about 2 years is Ok.
My wife thought I was nuts untill she saw the guy trieng to wave back at last minute and said he looked Nuts. I just said Its a Landy thing and she smiled.

I dont Know, a lot of D2's seem to be driven by mums taking kids to school and shops so they just look at you with that who was that look.
D3 drivers here just dont even see you and are just looking straight ahead.
Have you had a bike laying flat on a roof rake one night on Cnr Herris and Hume if so i have seen you if not i dont Know who.
Mine is a distinctive white D1 (Avitar)
