Thread: Large crocodile near Fraser !

Probablely just passing through on it's way home from a summer holiday, I heard/read last week abouy one caught on the road in the Logan or Greenbank area.

Not a big Crock story but a large one, back when I was working as a culler in Queensland. I tossed a couple of pigs on the tray, heads hanging of the back where i had stuck then. It was not unusual for the odd Crock to come up for a look so I was always a bit concerned when around water. any way this day, i loaded up one pig and by the time i recovered the other there were a couple of crocs investaging the ute. so i took the second pig up over the bonnet then climbed in though the window. drove off, then realised i had a flat, the croc was still following after about 500 meters. first and only time i ever saw that.

It is reportedly following the ferries from River Heads, it is looking for Back Packers to eat once the drop bears are done with them.

Just got an Email from an Aussie Mate in russia, asking if we were ok in adelaide with the fires, just the way it presented on russian TV. Russia is the best country in the world and thank god we doint live in australia etc
