Thread: Crab Bar for Defender 100 any ideas ?

G'day all. As the proud new owner of a Defender 110 96' 300Tdi
I can clearly see how easy it is to become a Landy tradgic !!
Love em'.
Can anyone help me with info on installing a crab bar or similar
to provide attach points for fitting kids shoulder harnesses in the rear seats.

One out fit here in Brisbane can install 'up-right' poles 300mm
back from the rear seat (they attach to the floor) but this imposses too much on rear carrying space.

I'm looking to have some kind of bar across the rear seats maybe attached to the channel under the rear windows ?
