Why do people try to compere cruisers to Range Rovers, there is no comparison to ANY Toyota and a Range Rover, including the want-to-be Lexus.
To this point, I had one of my dealer customers tell me about a Toyota lover who bought a new LC200 and after just one week drive into their dealership and traded it in on a new D3.
I think that says it all.
Well you can always do what I, did...get both......![]()
If you want to drive into the Australian outback you should buy either a Toyota Land Cruiser or a Range Rover.
If you want to come back from the Australian outback, just buy the Land Cruiser. :-)
I still think thats funny![]()
Actually it should read if you breakdown in a Range Rover, at worst, you will take 12 days more to get home.
If you breakdown in a Land Cruiser, allow up to three months to get home because if it’s a part that is not available in Australia, while Land Rover will fly parts out from the UK, Toyota are too tightased and will only use sea freight to ship parts and as it now seams that Toyotas are becoming less and less reliable with each new model, I think you have got to be a bit worried about going off the black stuff in a rice burner these days.
