Congrats,
Well done.... thats awsome.

Gidday guys.
I thought I would share some fun with you that we had today. Instead of haeding out into the mud and tracks, Stooge, myself and another rover mate headed out to a ramp day being held by one of the local 4x4 clubs.
We rocked up and were faced with a myriad of massively lifted cruisers and patrols with 35 inch muddies or bigger. Some had the shocks removed and were bouncing all over the place. There were some very impressive rides there, some walking up the ramp with ease and making it look very impressive.
There were 10 entries in the coil class and a few in the leafs but it was the coils where all the fun was. There was a coil BJ73 cruiser that was flat out getting 2 feet up the ramp before spinning it up, was a disappointment. If it was mine, I would have taken it home and set it on fire
anyway, I was in two minds whether to put the rangie up. How could I compete with those 6 inch lifted cruisers with 36 inch centipededs.
Well, it got the better of me and I parted with me $5 and registered for a bit of a giggle.
Heres some pics
so anyway, the old girl gave me a shock and crawled straight up the ramp, forwards and backwards. A few measurements were taken and bobs ya uncle.
We all stood around for a while and the scores were counted etc. They start rattling off from 10th place and he gets to 5th, no my name still hasnt been announced, 4th...no....3rd...no....bugger me I got secondand a trophy
then they announce the 'most flexed' trophy....wait for it..yep, the rangie....another trophy
so heres a pic of my little girl holding the trophies in front of the rangie.
I have never won a trophy in my life (not very athletic you see) so I am stoked and just had to tell someone.
GO THE RANGIE![]()

Good work, it sounds like they took the wheelbase into consideration when calculating the height,
Looks good on the ramp too

6 inch lifted GQ won it I think. He was a club member so they didnt really say much about him when they gave his name and trophy.
yeah discodan. Your rti score was a combination of your wheelbase, distance up ramp multipled by 1000 or something weird like that.
It was priceless, most of the trucks had more money spent on their suspension than my old girl cost
thanks guys, its good to see the rovers can still mix it with the big boys![]()
you go girl................. boya!!!!!!......sorry got a bit carried away there ..................lol

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
I'm impressed and I assume the spectators were too.
Why does the vehicle appear to be approaching the ramp from a strange angle? Is that standard procedure, your secret technique or just a sign that things are near the limit of control over what is going on?
