    plenty of similar info online for doing speaker enclosures - yours is like a scaled down version of a multi-speaker enclosure - all you need is MDF or sewer pipe rings of the right diameter held in the right place with chopsticks and hot melt glue and away you go... time consuming = yes!

    In the fibreglass industry, pattern makers generally use timber and body filler to make patterns, then give them a prime and then coat them in pva glue. Then take a mold off that to use to make your desired product. This is what i did when i made righthand snorkels for classic rangies, but used stormwater pipe and bog to make it.
