Thread: Ahhh thats better - new job Monday

Just done my last day of a job I was not too happy with. Starting a new one on Monday.

I arrived in Sydney before xmas and really struggled to find work, and had to accept a lower role with low pay and loads of hours. Anyway I have been really lucky to find a permanent role that is much more suitable. I thought I was going to be stuck for a lot longer!

I'll be having a few beers tonight!!!

I am also about to move onto greener pastures. I bought a franchise just over 15 months ago and to say it hasnt really worked out would be an understatement.
Fortunately, we have sold it and as of next Thursday we wll be out of it. I have a job interview next week for a position I was offered a couple of months ago but couldnt accept because of my business committments. Its looking very good for me and it starts just after Easter, so no down time, just the way I like it.

Its a good feeling knowing that you can move onwards and upwards
