    We need a smoother road

    Just when we thought our lives were starting to settle down again the world turned and we didn't.
    Satan's ride abandoned me on the way home again! Then I had the indignanty of getting home late on the back of a flat bed.
    Got to work Friday morning to find I had stuffed up a release Thursday. While in the middle of sorting out my bestake I got a call from SWMBO telling me that she and bub were being transfered by ambulance to Canberra. I didn't even know she had decided to seek a second opinion on bub.
    Once I had done my emergency patches at work I left for the hospital. Once there I called the better half to find out why I had managed to beat them. At that point she told me they were waiting in Murrembateman for a second ambulance to arrive and take over the extra patient the had aquired there.
    After spending the rest of Friday in the pressurised room in Casualty with masks etc on waiting for the hooping cough tests we at least have now learned its not that.

    Bub is now also breathing on his own again but is still hardly eating(Drinking) or sleeping. He also still has no voice so at least his cries arn't as bad as they normally would be.

    Oh and the wifes gall bladder is playing up and I have done my back again for the last week.

    Wow that's one hell of a day Edd, I hope it sorts itself out for you! Nothing worse than kids who can't breathe. Had my wife spend the night at the hospital with my youngest when we were down in Byron Bay on holidays many years ago and it is no fun at all. The Satan's ride doesn't seem to be any surprise though . All the best mate.
