Awesome stuff.Thats why i like the Rover V8.You can stick them in little cars and you still dont lose your handling.Plus they sound and go good.

Had one in at work a while back that was shoehorned into a 1986 Toyota T18 liftback Waaayyy too much go for a little car, especially with the LSD in the rear end

Looks like a 4.4 P76 engine judging by the rocker cover and filler cap.

    200HP in standard trim

Spent many an hour working on 504, diesels and petrols, 505Gi etc etc. I think they are vastly underrated and even the 2.3 diesel 5spd ones will hold 130km/h all day and still get 40+mpg

The best one I had driven though was a 505Gti with eibach suspension and some hard Ferodo or metal king pads THAT was deceptively quick through the twisty stuff for a big car, and being able to continually brake late made for a surprisingly good point to point time.

403 and 404 diesel are used in South America as a taxis and go for ever.
The 404 ute is an awesome machine on the mud. We used them on the rice farms as a service vehicles at the John Deere dealer over there.

I love the sound of the second one....but I hate it when people do burn outs..

seriously WHAT IS THE POINT other than its coz we can! watching the second one I was like oh yeah that sounds really nice..then in came the tyre squeel and spoilt it.
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

Got one of these fine cars myself and the ride is incredible they are soooo smooth over rough roads and this one has pulled a caravan around Aus three times and still has the original gearbox and motor
