    Post script: Not sure I am happy about the lack of anonymity in the Poll, although you can see if someone is clearly in denial when they post how infrequently they visit then look at their profile!

    Oh yeah... I'm an addict.

    That said, when I go up to the farm and have work to do and am in my element, I do not have any inclination to log in at all, unless I want to know something.

    When I am TRAPPED at my sterile desk, in a windowless room in a concrete building in awful Surry Hills in the CBD - AULRO is my only escape.

    if when you log in and theres nothing new that interests you and you get depressed, is that a bad thing

    I think I need some of those patches....my new job keeps me away from aulro for 9 hours straight, I dont know how I am going to cope

    I like step 12 only if it is 'repeat', how many is too many
