    Without reading all the thread - I can honestly say that I'm not addicted. I just find that, like the coffee I'm not addicted to either, if I wake up in the morning and have a dose of AuLRO my hands don't shake and I don't get a headache. But unlike coffee I can AuLRO all day till bedtime and still sleep.

    Post script: Not sure I am happy about the lack of anonymity in the Poll, although you can see if someone is clearly in denial when they post how infrequently they visit then look at their profile!

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
