part of the 90 you have to take into account that we have seperate forums for clubs..also the markets section is now divided up...

I was against the sub sections at first but I think it works really well I have recently got a series 2a and it much less confusing for me to hop into that sub section and know what ever is talked about in there is relevant to me...rather than trying to work out that what they are talking about wsa a series1 or a 2 or a 2a or a 3....

also things like the camera corner wouldn't work if just in general chat! we have fortnightly competitions in there and doubles up for a place for people to go when they dont want to talk landy all night.

If you hit the new post button then you wont stumble accross anything it gives you ever new post posted in every forum.

For some people they don't want to traul through thread after thread of stuff that deosn't interest them or isn't relevant to them.

yes the forum is big but so is our membership...I dare say it wouldn't of been that big if dave hadn't rebuilt and stuck to the 15 forums

I have no problems with the number of forums,,

we could cull a few,, but why?

and some of the newer ones are going gangbusters!
look at Camera Corner and Series1,,

I'm not great with crowds so breaking it up into smaller crowds helps the agoraphobics amongst us.

It is gratifying for those of us early participants to see this place go from strength to strength.

    Ray,

You have never used a spade when a shovel would do the job.
