Thanks all. You have given me a bit to think about for sure.

Wile I have some age and reasonable health on side I need to get on top of this now.

I have all the space needed to store some of it except sheads as full of hay and junk May be a few 40 odd foot ship containers would cut it.

Have made some "my time" today and I feel much better although none was on my Rovers. I have to clear the space first.

Have some pics but are non LR.

Can post them up if you are interested.

    Cheers Tony

Excessive hours is a single persons game ... A family man needs to set aside 1 day a week to go on a Picnic (so to speak) .... They use to have Sunday set aside for this, with Saturday as a Hobby day

Time to get back to basics Tony

My 3 brothers + myself all USE to work large hours ... The result was dysfunctional household's ... We now refuse to crack (work) weekends, resulting in more valuable time available for the important things in life

Keep 1 project .... Stop driving / towing to Sydney .... Remember that other peoples problems are just that ... Their problem / You have your own to deal with

Now, I do know that life on the farm is a "Fulltime 24hr lifestyle" where the work never stops .... rather than just a "job" , ... But I am sure that you will be able to apply the above theories into it somewhere

Thats halarious, who that is self employed has 8 hours a day for play!, i think my play time is spent on here, which is also my relax time. For the first time ever i'm about to pay someone (he knows who he is) to get my isuzu sitting in my rangie for me as i just don't have time, when you get a spare hour or to you just want to take five and relax! If you really need to get it done you will, but if its only pressure from others then stuff it, just do it when you can

    I know .... I am Self employed ... I work 12hr days / 5 days a week
Ask me to work weekends ... You will be told to pay "Triple time $$$"

I give the 8 hour theory AS a base line ...
As I said .... you work to live ... not live to work

Not much to say here now but getting droughty here again

Had an attitude with a tyre repair and a burnt out GMC (Now Gone) compressor. No warranty so found another buggered direct drive air compressor and made one out by swapping a few bits around. Not an exact fit but worked

    IT'S ALIVE!

My battery charger also went up in smoke today

    Bloody dry here now

Now hand feeding some stock here again as many others have been.

Had to knock up a temporary feed trough to start the lambs on feed.

Also putting in more stock water points
Glad I have this 2.5 ton backhoe now.

Just have to look forward to this sort of thing.....
