Did the survey. It seems to me that a lot of the questions, which ask whether you agree with a negative, are likely to get the opposite answer to the one the person intended.

Also noted that the questionnaire could do with running through a spell checker!

    Done!

    A couple of comments:

Perfection is spelling and punctuation obviously isn't high on the PhD requirements list at Bond Uni!

There must be some reason for repeating the same question over and over! I reckon some questions were repeated a half a dozen time or more.

The survey seemed to assume that respondents would be female. Like 'Do you compare your weight with other women? I wasn't quite sure how to answer that!

Didn't finish it I'm afraid. Most of the questions appear to be definitely focused towards females.

Correct, a lot of things aren't high on the curriculum for Bond Uni... beauty of being a private uni maybe

And yes questions are written assuming a high female survey base but is meant to be for both sexes hence needing our help... obviously they haven't been told how to phrase a non-gender bias question

    Done.

Agree with sentiments above on spelling and focus on females!

As for repeating the question, I think it is a tool to ascertain consistency.

Well that got more interesting as I went through the survey.

Did rather feel like some of the early questions were looking for or expecting a particular answer.

Oh, and the questions in the middle didn't seem to be gauged towards a respondent who thinks they look like a movie star or a professional athlete.

    Not me, of course.

They did seem rather geared to the expectation of unfavourable comparison with publicised images of other people.

Oh, and I've had the 'flu all week, so yes, I do have trouble breathing, and I do feel irritable and faint-headed frequently.
