Not too bad,thanks..second youngest brother has come down for a few days to see the rellies,just gone for a 7km run with my youngest son...

The thought of a run is enough for me to stay on the couch

Even the dog can't keep up...

He lives in Darwin,so comes down here for the cool weather..

How's the weather over in the UK?
Had an email from my cousin who lives in London & recons it's the coldest he's ever seen it,has been there for over 30yrs.

Had to go & by some winter woolies to put over the winter woolies...

It's always good to be home

Yes, I was outside until 7 cutting grass.

very mixed Paul,my mate who lives in the High Peak area of Derbyshire had between 16" and 18 " of snow last week now severe frosts,whilst others are getting rain.

Our friends who live in Bandon,Co Cork in Ireland have 8' of flood water in the main st and in there local pub Bradeys
