Lost my phone (yet again) on the train this morning ... not amused. The train terminated at Central (which it never does) & in my hurry to get out, must have dropped my phone, which was resting on my lap with the alarm set, in case I fell asleep, which, yes, I did. Well you would too if you got as little sleep as I get!)
Anyway, seeing as it had terminated, and seeing as I reported it to the Station Master immediately (who looked up the train & knew exactly where it was), didn't think I'd have any problems having it returned. But, after several phone calls by the kindly helpful Station Master, seems the thieving Citirail staff picked it up cleaning the train & kept it. Why aren't I surprised ... so have spent an hour at the damn phone shop getting a replacement. As I had it suspended, (which apparently takes 4 hours :eek:), they were unable to assist with a new phone ... "come back in half an hour" .... "Oh sorry, it's still not done, come back later this afternoon, or if it's still not able to be activated, tomorrow morning". :wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:
I wish I had stayed in bed this morning ... don't even ask about work ... :mad:
