Good on her, my friends mum is about the same age and has only recently given up driving (Pedro sighs with relief:p). She is still bright as a button but getting a tad wobbley now; recently broke her kneecap in a trip, but all but healed now. Still lives alone.:)

How did you know Ian,I was born in the very phone box on Baker St.behind which Gerry Raferty is singing the song,after he had finished he gave my mum his very dark sunglasses,after seeing me,my mum says that was why 'You were a premature baby our Grockle',really mum, yes by 20 bloody years,ah.

It is still a favorite of mum and mine to this day.
