    No, buy I'd take a stab at Leyland or Albion.

    I used to drive an ex Lewis (Adelaide-Darwin) Albion Viking coach.Leyland 401 in front of a 6 speed Leyland box, and it must have had a 1.5:1 diff, it could fairly march given enough road.

    I think they were articulated which made them different from the norm.

    Yes there were a few around from WWII, Hornibrooks of Redcliffe had one until the very early '60s. The original prime mover had been replaced by a White. There were a few running around Sydney after the war, one at least, has been preserved in Adelaide or Sydney. Mick may be able to enlighten us on the museum in Sydney.
