Yesterdays headache was not a true migraine...but by 1am this morning it was, so I stuffed the nozzle up me snoz and woke up this morning fit hale and hearty

I think after suffering migraines from about 5yrs of age (hereditary here also I believe) I am immune mostly to simple anlagesia like panadol, aspirin and nurofen actually I think it is just that they are the wrong type of drug to throw at a migraine

Over the years I've tried numerous different drugs etc but this combination is so far working best....and I still take panadol & nurofen just in case.

I know exactly what you mean by that. I find I can only manage the pain, not eliminate it. Fortunately I generally get 4-6 hours notice, if I don't heed the symptoms I'm laid out by evening.

Hi Coop, mate you're lucky, give them a miss if you can. I can go 6 months without one, then get two a week for a month.
It's very hard to explain the difference between a headache and a migraine, to a non-sufferer.

Just been struggling at work, been rather full on the last couple of weeks. It's hard to do a good job with out the proper tools, some of my employees are proper tools!
