Mate of mine, with a wicked SoH, was an ambo years ago. As a newby, he and a more experienced fellow were called to an old fellow who had collapsed in the street, on his way home from the shops. Upon arrival they declared the old fellow 'not of this world'. My mate said he knew the cause of death. His doubting partner sneerily asked "What?" My mate replied "Have you seen the price of those chops?":D:D
