Cascade Premium,, possibly the best beer in OZ,,

They don't do a bad beer ... when did the tour of the brewery, afterwards you get to try all the different beers ... The best one actually is a very potent brew (think it's the most potent in Australia, but can't remember) ... which they do as a limited edition each year, but you can only buy it in Tassie ... explains quite abit about the Taswegians

Been threatening too for yonks ... used to make my own wine in the UK, would love to start that again. Every Friday used to bring in a couple of home brewed wines to the museum I worked at & have it with pie, jacket spuds & mushie peas. Needless to say we didn't do any work Fridays after lunch. Wonder if I could get away with it now.

Damn ... if you didn't live so far away I could come over & try some Cider ... yum!
