Mine had the useless Borgwarner 35 box the later ones had the 65 which was much stronger, you'll remember it's demise was because the heads kept blowing due to the poor cooling of the block the water jacket being to small, the warranty claims from the states was the final straw, here a lot were converted to either Rover v8 or Ford v6 units.(i didn't need a flash car to pull)as I picked up more girls whilst it was off the road

Penelope Mandy Hamilton-Scott.sounds agood name from 1960
Just returned from Innisfail, went to the football club for tea.Fillet steak that could have been hidden under two 50c pieces! And very ordinary to boot.
Got back with a doozy of a headache.
Good news on the aquatic front, have an unemployed Dutch backpacker with a conical finger due to start, at a very modest rate, on Monday.![]()
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Headache is not improving, despite taking two of every pill or tablet I could find, from birth control to HRT, So I'm calling it a night........"It's a night."
so long folks.![]()
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
What you mean I'm not helping you any more you big sook! I've already given you umpteen clues, I can't help it if you are clueless, despite clues staring you in the facE now can I? Now get with the programme Cooper, & snap to it ... otherwise the prize will stay with me
, and quite a prize it is, let me tell you
Have had a very, very, exhausting day today ... you'll all be thrilled, I'm quite sure (not) that the Goanna is finally mobile yet again ... although unfortunately, as is always the case when it goes on the hoist, all sorts of other problems surfaced.![]()
Just towards the end of play, as I was standing watching Tony & Steve finish off for me(I tell you, they were so keen to get it off the hoist, I've never seen 2 men work so fast in all my life
) Steve noticed the UJ's were totally & utterly knackered ... so they had to find a quick replacement. Then of course the ball joints in the track rod or some such tube of metal are stuffed, oh yes, and the steering damper leaks more than a stuff up by the Water Board after a night on the turps.
Hold on ...
there you go ... I almost look like I actually know what I'm doing
yes, well, they got a bit fed up with my pace... Steve was very helpful, owing to the fact I was "hopeless", or was it "helpless", oh well, it's all the same to me
and oh look, there's my little darlings come to see what I'm doing ...
I found out today, Ziggy is particularly fond of Choc Wheaten biscuits ... this is after discovering earlier in the week that Iceberg loves poppadoms
(sorry, I have no idea how the spell the damn word, not being Indian myself)
I only came on here to ask a question ... now I've forgotten what it wasDamn!
Going to bed now ... that's if I make it that far, seeing as I can hardly walk now, "me back, me back, I tellz ya"
Coope what about Fiona?
No Coope, when I knew her, she'd lost her looks, put on about 6 stone and didn't bother to shave anymore, shame because she used to have such soft skin on her shoulders, she'd also taken up playing the air violin in a Whitby fishing gansey by then.
Do you remember her brother Ivan? who used to smell of heavy industrial oil dependent on the humidity, must have been his hormones, still there pets were always polite.
