    Sorry Cooper ... no idea. Wasn't Jacques Brel a Belgian singer? From memory, he mostly sung in French, but there were quite a few pommie singers who sang his songs. The only one I know is David Bowie, & I can't possibly imagine it being him

    So in answer to your question - no, I have no idea.
