Round turn and two half hitches, clove hitch and two half hitches, and a nylon rope compression knot that I made up and have been using for twenty years.
The mess is where I re-anchored the line rather than continuing from the compression knot.
Lucky you can't see the other side, that's all made up of occy straps.
