    some bling

    Was sick of not being able to close the door because of the rear speaker at the bottom of the door,plus i felt like it lol.I havent finished yet but you get the idea.

    How did you cut the aluminium to shape? I went to an aluminium place and they reckoned they could not cut that shape, and that a jigsaw wouldn't either.

    I'm sure my jigsaw would have with the right blade, personally.

    Angle grinder mate with a 1mm cutting disc.You just need for them to cut it to the over all shape and hit the rest with the grinder.

    tried to get something similar laser cut once and they wouldn't do it.
    ... something about the ally reflecting back the laser and it destroying the lens
