    a jigsaw does cut aluminium (we do it all the time). You just need to keep the material and blade cool, otherwise the blade clogs up. Best way is with water! and keep the speed down

    Actually i didnt use the clips there was to much crap in behind the panel,so i went with rivets.And the spare tyre "just" fits,its pretty much sitting on the rear bumper.I think with a new rear bar,which wont sit out as far as the original it will clear it.So ive got all those bolts and clips here if you can think of something to put them on lol.

    Im getting a high lift to put on the rear tyre,and in the mean time there sitting in a bucket lol.

    Jigsaw, wood blade and dry soap.

    That's looks great, Nice job! I think it definitely looks better without the sticky tape I just finished my rock sliders for the 130 so I'll have to post up a thread about that I guess.
