What did you do on the Long Weekend?

Came back yesterday from a weekend at the property with the fellas, was good fun. Really wanted an excuse to post this interesting video of my Landy haha - best way to flatten out the ground after a couple days of circle work in the mud

was lots of fun, anyone else have as much fun as we did haha? (I already know about those lucky people who went to the Bundy swim-in)

I went to the property with a few mates too, unfortunately i tipped the landy!

Tipped it back over and its fine, hardly much damage at all... Wouldnt have happened without the locker engaged though...

Spent monday doing 350Km driving up many dead end roads closer to Tweed heads looking for a cheep property for sale as we may move. Currently doing 150 Km per day driving son to work five days a week [and daughter to TAFE 3 days a week, only 2 km from son's work], which is why we want something closer to Tweed Heads, and affordable, but remote bush. Looking up the ends of roads that become dirt before the end of them. We last moved Christmas 1990. Looked at places like Upper Crystal Creek, Limpenwood, etc. Still will be searching.

We attended the Two Wheels Forum BSHTFU (Bucko Says HTFU) Rally (at Bathurst) which was a remembrance rally for our late son. About 50 riders turned up.

I spent the whole weekend from Friday night till lunch time Monday in Bendethra Valley, Deua NP with Tank and Disco_Owner (and about a hundred other people).

Normally I go there when there are not so many other people and I had a couple of reminders over the weekend why I do that.

We spent most of our time chatting, eating (gourmet meals and snacks), sleeping and generally just enjoying being there.

We left the charging around the local firetrails to the visitors. We will do the trails again when the traffic isn't as heavy.

Disco_Owner will probably complete the trip report as he took lots of photos and my wife had the digital camera with her at our son's place. I can't complain. It's her camera.
