These piccies are great. I remember not long ago, maybe only a couple of months someone put up a HEAP of piccies of old series rovers in Indonesia/Timor from the 1980s. Might be worth doing some searching for them, some great action shots, mud, winching - all good stuff (and all done on skinnys!!!)

Back in the late 70s we had a Slll long wheel base Landy that gave some great service. Back in those days I was employed working for someone else and as a result regularly got holidays and weekends off and most of these time were spent either modifying the vehicle, (not so much mechanically- I was quite happy with its performance- more creature comforts wise.) or going camping. The following shots were taken at Tyagarah beach where we regularly went camping with a couple of neighbours.
The colourful blue tent extension with the black and white curtains was hand made by Mrs Zulu Delta on the household machine.
