    That's LR's strategy. They did some customer service analysis and realised that most LR owners had problems at the dealership, so they got rid of the dealerships!

    For those that don't know, DionM had a Freelander and had lots of problems which, according to him, were not resolved by LR.

    Yeah, Dion had a pretty rough trot. Liked the car, and i'm amazed he fitted in it (He is very very tall), but it seemed to be a bit of a lemon, or an incompetent dealer.

    LR should have given him another vehicle.It would have been a small price to pay for keeping him as a customer.He has a very good point also,TATA should very quickly get on board with another make or private LR specialists or it is a totaly pointless exercise. Pat
