    If that Land-Rover sign is on the front panel of your right hand guard and posibly yellow,then it would be an original transfer that was fitted to all Landrovers sold new by Annand & Thompson Ltd in Brisbane it was one of the little things that set A&T apart It is highly prized originality like that that makes a restoration, hope to see it a the All British Day at Yeerongpilly later this year

    Yerp sure will, will there be AULRO section. Is there a web site I can view for info on it?

    And yes it was sold orignaly buy Annand and Thompson, also has a little sticker above the steering wheel. will take a bettter pic and post it up.


    It also has twin fuel tanks, is this standard?

    Well worth restoring... It looks like it has not been bastardised to much in the past other than a few scars and the butler lamps being absent.

    I have two early S1s here and the only one I want to restore is the narrow springed butler lamped one, They look great and are a bit rare compared to others.
    I like the wife's comment

    That will be an awesome restoration.... Looking at your disco Ute it should be easy for you but still a lot of work involved.
