seriously I waved to a County owner while I was on foot the other day and he waved back.

Well got a wave from a surprised D1 driver today, passed 2 other d1's and a D2 without even the raising of a finger tip. Don't think they know what a Defender is

Still most people don't wave at all.

I got a reply today from a white Defe 110 on the old Bundy bridge

The local farmers on a Defe do not bother to wave back here

Try doing the wave with the single front of the finger. You might find it works better than the back of the finger

Well it still continues. Passed 2 Defenders today and one yesterday along with a D1 and a 2 door RR. Did any of them wave? Of course NOT!!!

THE LANDY WAVE IS A MYTH!!!!!!!

I'm now convinced of it.

As to the rest of the common motorists. I'm finding about 10% of them can manage to raise a few fingers off the wheel.
