    That would be about right. I was travelling with an Aussie bloke who works in Tanzania. He had a wad of Tanzanian currency in his wallet in back pocket and was pick pocketed in Rome. I think his big wad of cash was about $2.40 Aus. It would have cost the thief more than to convert it.
