Out local motorway is just in the process of having this done to it. The section already done is significantly quieter.

HA in Australia you would be arrested for everything from defacing public property to causing a traffic hazard.

then you would be prosecuted for disturbing the roos, the neighbours would complain and want compensation.

if the speed was 60klm for the music the council will change the speed limit to 50klm, right in the middle and then get the cops to sit there with radar so they can make more money.
