I've seen people park like that - usually those who drive fully sick WRXs or EVOs (and are of Middle Eastern appearance).

Oh Ron! maybe it's good to leave out the country of origin.
I was stuck in a workshop driveway one Friday night because of one inbred brain dead moron, leaving their * car for the weekend.
solution ! I walked back up to the workshop grabbed the trolley jack, went back lifted the car off its wheels and gave the whole mess a good shove down the slope.
The car hit a few things on the way and finally stopped in corner of the retaining wall with one of those huge potted trees behind it.
I returned the trolley jack and went home for the weekend. I did hear later some vague report of a car being retrieved by a crane. I know nothing !
* Could have been either gender.
.
I did something similar, Arthur, one Friday night about 40 years ago although in my case, the car was unlocked so I ran it down the ramp in the basement car park at work and left it there all weekend. The owner thought it had been stolen. It was returned to him undamaged (we rang the police on the Monday or Tuesday to report it was in our car park). He never parked in front of the car park gates again.

You might have seen this one in a link on Camera Corner but I thought the caption was worthy of being here too.
"In this photo taken yesterday, a two-week old earless rabbit sits on the hands of a keeper at the zoo in Limbach-Oberfrohna, eastern Germany. The bunny had its 15 minutes of fame brought to an abrupt end when he was accidentally stepped on by a television cameraman. The fate of 17-day-old Til the bunny with a genetic defect was plastered across German newspapers today, as the small zoo in Saxony was due to have presented him to the world at a press conference. The unidentified cameraman who had been filming the bunny in its enclosure on Wednesday told Bild he hadn't seen Til, who had buried himself in hay, when he took a step backward."

Theres enough room on either side of that for me to put a tandem trailer on the drivers side then reverse the passengers side of a defender hard up against his passengers side after you fold the mirrors in....
go on, ask me how I know this is doable and how much fun it is to set up a deck chair in the empty spot over the lanes with some mates with your lunch while you wait for them to get back then watch the ensuing mayhem. Works even better when one of your mates IS the rostered center manager and has given you the call to see if you want to mess with someones day.

If you think you're in front on the deal, pay it forwards.
The problem is when they decide to damage the car that's parked them in.
