the truck saw what was about to happen at 7 ish sec and braked then coasted you can see the car coming in way to tight from the right in front of the truck at about 200m ish away. Plenty of time to brake change lanes to the right lots of other things BUT....

it appears that the vehicle is left hand drive so the driver may not have seen anything.... BUT..

If the trucks brake lights flashed on then off why did that happen and why wasnt the driver already reacting?

I'll lay odds that the vehicle had cruise control on with the drivers feet no-where near the pedals.

But sometimes we are all guilty of not concentrating 100% of the time on the road ahead and avert our eyes for a moment. Maybe to look at something out the side window, or check our fuel level or speed. The driver could have been the best driver in the world but chose to look away at just the wrong moment.

Looks real but was it? The video doesn't have a name or any other indications of where it came from. How did it get on the net?

They're not speaking English and the sign look like its in another language.
