I don't know of any in SA. Pity, once you had the wheels you could build something like that in an afternoon.

The Wangary-Penola-Mt Gambier (broad gauge) line still exists, so does the Appamurra line (standard gauge) from Monarto. Then there's Steamranger's broad gauge line to Victor Harbor, you could join them as a volunteer!

Mind you Infrastructure SA has the Penola line as an upgrade project for the pulp mill planned there, see:
