Yep, that is an UAZ van. Slightly older model, and set up as a panel van instead of a mini-bus. And that's the colour I would like...

The similarities with the Defender are outstanding. The waist line, the shape of the fuel filler hole, the external hinges, vent flap on the front and the simple bumper-bar. Even their reliability is Defender-esque...

I drove one of these in Russia and I fell in love with the damn thing. Just have to find out how I can import one...
