    LANDROVER GRAVEYARDS

    Over the years whilst travelling, we have come across a number of abandoned Landrovers.

    The one below is probably the one DB was thinking of in her post to dm_td5.

    It is on the side of the Barkly Hwy. about 100k's west of Cammoweal.







    Post any pics of abandoned Landrovers here.....there must be lots of them

    No way...go get them yourself

    The fires go through that area every few years, but this his been here for the last 20 years.

    I would love to go get it myself that would mean doing another lovely trip up north.....sadly not going to happen.

    Good job i brought some wings just cant get the mates these days

    Cool grave yards are getting fewer

    the reason is in the past that the scarp metal increased and as a result less grave yards about.
    aLSO ANY BODY INTERESTED IN MILIARTY VEHICLE CONVOY TO FRASER ISLAND
    I am trying to arrange some thing in 2010 if any body would be interested.
    hope fully to conside with Anzac Day.
