Our miscellaneous spotty rescue dog. She's a total clown. Ours must be part pointer or gundog of some sort. She's definitely a sight-hound and points at all sorts of stuff. Extremely good off the lead - never had a dog I can call back at ANY time regardless of what she's found.

definatly some german shorthaired pointer in that one mate ;) they are great dogs, wish i could have one for my shooting. Possibly some collie or cattle in the mix of that one, great looking dog though
Next time I am definatly looking at a GSP or a Weimerana :D after a bit of experience haha

a Border Collie size mutt would be the go I reckon....not too big and will love the life out in the bush...Bright and easy to train as well

That one you are looking at looks like a top dog from the profile.
Our girls are as gentle as, so I'm not sue what your mum is on about ??
For some reason though they don;t like water. I think they are sooks !

This one loves the water, especially going to the beach aparently :D
I wished I lived in the bush :( currently on a block in the middle of The Gap. We do have a few acres out at Maryvale which will be good to take him to. Depending on the nature of the dog i get it might come with me when I go shooting/working out west too - that would be great :)

As a parent, the best type of pet dog a student child can have is:
