    Where to put it

    Where can i shove this.Its for my D2.There isnt much room under the passenger seat,there is a flight recorder under there lol.I could put it under the bonnett,but how do they handle the heat as it is a v8 not a diesel?

    I've got mine on top of the "flight recorder".
    Not sure of the size of the new one shown, or if it can be rotated in the blue mount.
    The original switch wont fit in a REAL 4x4 either(only Jap. holes).
    Mine mounts off a bracket under rear of seat.
    Should stay clean and dry under there.

    Yep the one he has will rotate and sit flat, his would most likely be smaller then your's aswell, it's only a small ''locker activation'' only one

    Anywhere it'll fit. The CKMA12's body can be adjusted to suit small gaps (refer the manual), and it's fine to live under a bonnet. You won't kill it.

    I've had mine mounted under bonnet in a V8 D1 for the last few months. The heat from the V8 plus the dust and corrugations of the Gibb on a regular basis haven't affected it..........yet.
