The zipper in the leather pants she had been given had failed so it was a matter of going without.

We are booked in to do the Stay Upright Intermediate course in a couple of weeks. Lee (late son) and I did the American Superbike School Cornering Course together some years ago.

The Two Wheels forum has really been supportive and have welcomed Bucko's Ma's purchase of a bike.
Right on! Go out and enjoy yourselves while you still can I say!

Pants???? Are we supposed to wear pants

Damn... Although, my wife rides in Draggin' Kevlar lined jeans

I ride in shorts, t-shirt, track daks, whatever when around town...

On the highway I armour up though!!!

Good on you Ron, and your wife... Excellent to see...

Emma and I love riding together.... She prefers to ride instead of pillion, as I've been known to get up the throttle a little

Here's the little lady on her M50...

    Ron,
Great to see you two making the most of life.. I used to ride in my younger days, so I can relate to your decisions.
If I can add to Ians comment above about influencing your kids, you need to get away from "how can you" to "you can't" when mentioning Bucko, kids go thier own way at some stage, if its similar to the path you took, so be it, its a no brainer..
    Cheers,
    David

Good stuff Ron. Hope you and Elizabeth enjoy.
I would much rather my kids rode bikes than do a lot of other things in life as long as they enjoy and realise the risks. In fact I have recently bought them a TTR110 to go with their quad.
I will get another road bike, probablly a Harley or one of the clones, but will be a tourer.

You guys have got to tell me the secret on getting the little lady on a bike. Were they into bikes before you met or is there a way of coaxing them on.
