    First thing I'd do with it a wack up a big awning /carport/ style shed from the natural timber on the block and some second hand corry iron for a roof over it .
    This would give you some permanent shelter for rainy/wet weekends .
    Then build a drop pit toilet so less stress for a quick weekend trip to the property .
    As for a name - - I'd call it "Daves Place"
