What do you expect, American is the Centre of the Universe, they wouldn't know about any culture or country outside their little world. Lets face it do the care about Canada.
They also think Milk comes from bottles and curry comes from a can.
Indians are Redskins.

Having been to India working,,its a truely awesome place,,
and the people are so loving and friendly,,,and I suspect its all because of their carefree religion/culture..
Theres some "bad eggs" in every country,, but overall, it seems as a nation, they are just a nice bunch if people,,
And you can see that in the video,, she doesn't get upset or aggresive or try to be changing anyones beliefs, she just tries to describe where shes at,,

Had an amusing conversation with an Indian friend last weekend. He was telling me about Ganesh and how Indians are like how you said. I couldn't help it, I replied saying "So, there are no Thugs in India then?"

Of course, he laughed.
