    JD tube benders

    hey all, does any one know if any one in oz manufactures or distributes anything similar to these units. i've had a look at the basic hydraulic benders and am after something a bit more like the model 4 but would take the 3.
    i've had a look at a few swade-sir units and have seen nothing so far that i like.

    Yes, Pete Antunac from Offroad performance Warehouse in Sydney sells these. These are one of the preferred buggy building benders.

    I imported a JD3 bender a year or so ago when the dollar was at .98 cents US, and it was pretty reasonable.

    I got the bender in 1 package,and a few weeks later the dies came through, so both were under the $1000 limit.

    It is beautifully made. Worth the money, although it will be relatively more expensive as the AU$ is not so strong these days.

    Yeah it may be a bit more than that now. I think the dollar is about 85c

    I bought one from Pete. I found him good to deal with.

    But if you can get them in separate packages under the A$1000.00 limit, then it will probably be cheaper.

    They are pretty heavy so freight wouldn't be cheap.
