    Very nice Defe/camper

    Looking for ideas to convert my 110 into a campervan after giving up the idea of a camping trailer I found THIS page in the web with one of my favorite conversions.

    The solar panels looks very interesting - never seen them like that.

    When we take into consideration that here the campervan builders charge $ 132000 for a VW camper this option it is not too bad

    If you click on the link in the first post you will see that they carry a 'roll out' solar panel.

    There's heaps of good pics on Ex-Tec's website.
    I was trying to find a pic which showed how the roof is hinged at the front. What do you reckon they use. It would have to be strong, as well as waterproof.
